Patients recovering from serious injury or illness or those who have a disability can get the rehabilitation services they need close to home through Clarendon Health System. Clarendon Health System Rehabilitation department is committed to assisting individuals in becoming as independent as possible following an acute injury or those with chronic conditions. Our licensed therapists provide quality care to all patient populations with the assistance of state of the art technology. Therapy services are also provided in the local school districts, in the home health setting as well as individuals that are inpatients at the hospital. We treat individuals of all ages, in addition to having pediatric therapists who specialize in working with children that have developmental delays. All services require physician prescription prior to evaluation.
